Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns due to the nature of our product. In the unlikely event that your order is faulty in any way, or you are dissatisfied with your order, please get in touch via our contact us page or send an email to hello@majarosecakedesign.com.au. We want all our customers to be delighted with their purchase and therefore take all feedback very seriously.
Although we use a reputable company to ship our products, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to assist you in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty in any way. We accept no liability for late deliveries, damaged or lost goods, and any complaints regarding this must be directed to Australia Post.
